Home stretch!
This week in US History, students will be completing "Invent and Invest" projects. On Friday, 3/28 we reviewed the rubric using a CPS clicker activity. Students know they need to present orally, present using a visual aid and prepare a written description of their resolution-based invention. One of the goals is to get peers to invest money in their projects. At the end, each class will have a winner -- the student who garnered the most investment capital.
Winners will get a gift certificate to a local shop -- Picas or the Board Shop were in the running!
Students will present Wednesday and Thursday -- Friday is quarterly recognition.
