Week of 03/01/2010

Congratulations 8th Grade Historians! The Westward Expansion Newspaper Projects turned out fantastically. Parents, please ask to see your student's work.

**This year students worked with fine arts teacher Ms. Romiger in History classes to photoshop their faces into those of theme-specific historical characters. Many of these photos are hanging in the 8th grade hallway and media center windows.

Remember: March 8th and 9th are parent conference nights: 3:30 - 7:00 - Students will sign-up for appointment times with HB teachers. A sign-up sheet will be sent home today (Monday) for this purpose.

PAWS Testing begins on March 8th and will run for eight school days! (M-Thurs for 2 weeks).
