Week of May 14th
Monday:
1. Finish “The Misery of War” reading – All classes needed a bit more time. We will share our textual evidence and commentaries first in small groups and then as a whole group.
2. Current Event update – Protesters returning this week to Jackson. Shared reading JH News and Guide.
Tuesday:
Independent reading while working on annotations and role-sheets. This is preparation for tomorrow’s lit. circle meetings. Wednesday:
Our second lit. circle discussion day. The General of each group should begin facilitation of discussion groups, but all students are responsible for listening carefully, participating, “bouncing” and coming prepared with annotations and completed role sheets.
