13 Colonies Geography with important colonial towns and other physical
geography. Questions on Ben Franklin and the slave trade are also included. Study map and notes.

and other supplemental materials.

Play – The Boston Massacre. Students will act out this momentous and oft
misunderstood event. We will ask the
question of what the role of propaganda was in helping sway public opinion.

1. Perspectives of
the American Revolution - We will
begin to prepare for a persuasive debate and essay on the causes of the
American Revolution. Students will
read and annotate accounts of a Loyalist, a Patriot and a Neutralist. We will
begin today and be working on this next week.
